We at Janani Public School teach Yoga for children. It includes poses to increase strength, flexibility, and coordination. By practicing yoga, one encourages a sense of body positivity. This thereby encourages a whole other level of confidence among the students who practice yoga. This instilling of confidence also helps in reducing situations of conflict among peers, as one gains confidence in their inner self.
Karate / Boxing
Karate is a great way to teach kids how to be respectful and to focus on defense rather than offense. Using defensive and counterattacking body movements, kids will learn to honor their opponents and develop their character at the same time. With benefits of Physical fitness, strengthening of muscles and bones, defense techniques, self protection for girls and even for boys.
Classical Dance & Western Dance
At Janani Public School we make sure to students to practice Classical / Western Dance and to pull out the talent within. And encourage our students to focus on Arts at the early age to be more creative and to express themselves in many ways. Regular dance practice can increase your child’s flexibility, range of motion, physical strength and stamina.

Supporting schools to establish physical education daily can provide students with the ability and confidence to be physically active for a lifetime.
